Sample TN Citizen Petitions in Taxpayer Info Center

In Tennessee it is possible to initiate action by citizen petition on many topics including taxes and charter amendments. In the Tennessee Tax Revolt Taxpayer Information Center there are several examples of citizen petitions that have been used successfully.
