Congrats to Kansas Rep. Kasha Kelly, she is a true taxpayer HERO. Kansas joins the growing list of States that now have spending transparency databases online. This new Kansas site lists all expenditures and revenues for the State:

Governor Bredesen and the Tennessee General Assembly should work together to create a similar site for Tennessee. Tennessee taxpayers deserve much better and more easily accessible information about how their hard earned money is spent.
