Treasury has exceeded bailout limit and Congress

still doesn't know what they spent it for...taxpayers should be (a) confused, (b) mad as hell, or (c) more convinced than ever that Congress couldn't find its ass with both hands.

A spokesman said yesterday that Boehner had not yet received a satisfactory response from Treasury.
