Oh PLEASE, Mayor Dean, MAKE OUR DAY

and raise property taxes. Let's see how far you can push the "kick the taxpayer while they are down" envelope.

You pushed the Convention Center through the Council knowing that a large majority of taxpayers opposed it. Hey, go ahead and double down.

Ok, lets review:

1-according to the Census, from 2000-2008, net domestic migration for Davidson County was minus 20,387, second only to Shelby County. This means 20,387 more people moved OUT of Davidson County than moved in. (Source - see County Population Datasets)

2- Property Tax Rates in Davidson County are already SIGNIFICANTLY higher than any of the surrounding Counties: Source
