Politicians do NOT create jobs but they sure can make it difficult for the employees and employers who actually do create jobs.There should be a law...that every time a new law is passed, two old laws have to be eliminated.

One state representative hopes a rule governing barbershops will soon be sleeping with the fishes.State Rep. Ty Cobb said he is sponsoring a bill that would change a regulation barring fish in barbershops after receiving a complaint from one of his constituents.“I don’t think we should be that picky on a woman who is not only employing herself but other people,” the Columbia Democrat said.Lori Corbin, owner of Hamilton Barbershop, was informed by a state inspector that she could not keep fish at her business when she opened three years ago. Corbin’s shop is in a strip mall between Columbia and Mt. Pleasant.
