Update and Good News on Copeland Cap Amendment

The previous post is incorrect. The Judiciary Committee can not kill an amendment, only recommend or not recommend it for passage, either way it goes on to the Senate Finance Committee.

So...the resolution, SJR0682, now goes on to Senate Finance and the members are:
