'Local ladies to host Tax Day Tea Party protest'

A great article with so many quotables. These ladies of Maine and New Hampshire are all sisters of Lady Liberty.

"I'm not in anyone's face and I'm not trying to convert anyone," said Bitter, co-founder of the Seacoast Freedom Network. "I just want government to leave me alone and let me enjoy my life."

"We don't raise any money, we don't collect any money and we don't have any money," Bitter said. "It's mostly our shoe leather."

"In 1773 we were having the same kind of despotic taxation of the people," said Polidura, an Air Force veteran. "We now have a government that just keeps taxing and taxing and taxing. It isn't just unwelcome, we have to do something about it."
