Mayor Daley: Taxpayers will not pay pension liabilities

Mayor Daley, one of the many politicians responsible for a the huge unfunded public employee pension liability in Chicago, now says taxpayers should not have to fund this huge debt.

The public employee unions that wield so much power in Chicago are probably having a good laugh at this public pro-taxpayer bravado. They would happily use all their political brute force to bankrupt the city over the pension issue.
