WHAT A STUPID QUESTION!!! Politicians don't handle anything besides their own self-interests which always involve getting elected and then re-elected for as long as they have breath in their lungs. They certainly don't "handle" the economic decisions of 300 million people all of whom have very different interests and goals.
Politicians should be concerned primarily with one task: Protecting the freedom of citizens to handle their own family economy and otherwise leave us the hell alone.
